Been shopping for a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience in Washington state for the past few days. Contacted 4 dealerships — one tapped out saying the deal was already too good to beat, one couldn't beat it, and one just gave me attitude without ever sending a number. Ended up working with the fourth dealer who actually put in the effort.

Here's the breakdown they sent in writing:

  • MSRP: $37,255
  • Dealer discount: -$4,000
  • Price after discount: $33,255
  • Tax (11.1%): $3,674.68
  • Doc fee: $200
  • License & registration: $870
  • Total OTD: $38,000

Financing the full amount at 0.99% APR for 60 months, no down payment. Monthly payment comes out to ~$648/month with only ~$880 in total interest over the life of the loan.

There's a current inventory shortage on this trim in my state — the dealer is sourcing one for me. Deal is locked in at this price regardless of color.

Is this a solid deal? Should I move forward or is there room to negotiate further? Appreciate any input from people who know the market on these.
