I went to Sally’s and the clerk really sounded like she knew what she was talking about. I explained to her that my hair pulls red twice and she looked at my hair and said you need this and me believing her because I really thought by the way she was talking went home and used it, Now it is NOT what I want 😔does anyone with experience know how I can fix it? The pictures are Before, after and what she gave me at Sally’s and then what I tried to use to fix it and what it looks like now.
