Feeling Kinda Lost
Howdy.
So...I'm feeling kinda lost.
I started doing DM in 2018 around the shopify and POD boom, and ever since then, I've done everything from blogging, niche sites, google ads, bing ads, instagram automations, Youtube SEO, native ads, email marketing and a ton more stuff I'm forgetting.
I've got over 1000 wordpress sites built, sold multiple six figures worth of products for a bajillion different companies online, everything from SaaS to Saunas and Solar panels.
And, not only am I having some of the absolute worst years of my life right now (funny 2018 was probably the worst)...
but also, I was getting excited that I could "maybe be a part of a team for once" instead of going solo. I finally threw in the towel and decided to try to "team up"
only to find, I can't get 1 single job.
Not 1.
For context, i'm 34 and I've got a degree. No it marketing...in biology (worthless, took 7 years of my life).
And now I don't even know if I'm "any good at all", it's been a massive hit to my (already very lacking) confidence.
Am I too old? Is it because I don't have a "degree" and so I can't pass through HR? Is it because I'm not a "specialist in only 1 thing"? (which I can totally be if you tell me what you need me to focus on).
I dunno, I kinda just wanted to vent.
