M/45, no medial meniscus after prior meniscectomies, 4 degree varus, no major cartilage damage. my doctor is asking to medial meniscus transplant + HTO. Has anybody had this and what was the outcome? very scared to see how invasive the surgery is and I wonder if its worth it.
