So a couple months ago I received 100% P&T but 2 days before I received the rating the VA portal asked me to fill out TDIU paperwork so I did. I did not know it was something separate and that I would be opening my claim up to be reviewed again. I immediately called to withdraw the TDIU claim and I have filed / called 5 times to withdraw the claim for TDIU and for 1 deferred claim as I will be doing a case study and no longer need the medical care from the VA. They have not uploaded any of the 5 statements over the last couple months into my file. They reached out to my old employers and went through the whole process even though I requested to close it. Now I am on the rating step and it terrifies me. Is the rating just for the TDIU claim or are they re-evaluating everything. I have 70% PTSD and severe MH issues so the unknown is making me spiral and not able to function because of the anxiety. Someone let me know what you think or please tell me to chill out ... thank you.
