Doctor said he thinks I have Lipedema

I see a doctor on 7/2 for an official diagnosis. However, another doctor told me he believes I have Lipedema. I feel pretty confident I do as well. For reference I am 5’10” and 145 pounds. This after a 150 pound weight loss on the keto diet. Hips, knees, and elbows in constant pain. A lot of heaviness in arms and legs. I feel like I have Lipedema in both, arms and legs, thoughts? I really don’t quite under the stages. So, I am curious what the doctor will say. I feel like surgery is most likely in my future. Anyone look my pics and not need surgery?
