First time ko ma suprise sa birthday ko!
Every birthday talaga ako nagkaka-birthday depression. Ngayon ko lang din siya na-process nang maayos and na disect, especially dahil diagnosed din ako. Kaya ang coping mechanism ko is hindi ko masyadong pinapaalam at hindi ako nagyayaya ng tao. Para less expectations, less disappointment, less sadness.
Then eto na nga.
My girlfriend works sa bundok and Friday lang siya nakakauwi. But siya together with some of my closest friends, secretly planned something for me.
Pinuntahan nila ako sa bahay with this super cute cake hahaha para salubungin ang birthday ko. Sobrang na appreciate ko kasi despite na busy sila at maaga pasok nila (me ay GY shift wfh) they still made time for me. malaking bagay talaga yun para sakin.
Na realize ko rin na mali lahat ng negative thoughts ko about not being important or remembered.
Simple lang yung celebration today, pero sobrang genuine. And honestly, super saya ko.
