I was planing on doing some sort of cleanse, cleaning out my system and focusing on rebuilding my gut health. I have GERD and I am definitely sensitive to some foods, never been tested but fried foods and spicy foods have been really hard the last few years. I generally eat an above average diet for a 34 year old American. I do drink beer which I will be cutting out for a few months.
I had a stomach virus or food poisoning a couple days ago, that cleaned me out as good as any cleanse could so I’m going to begin focusing on gut health now.
Any tips would be appreciated. I have colostrum, plenty of fermented foods to add to the mix. Curious about natural remedies, herbs etc… Reading about improving Gut health is like everything else on the internet, lots of conflicting info.
