I’ve been on T for a year now and almost 2 months post op, so I pass completely now. Not having top surgery stopped me from working but now I’ve had it I’m ready to work. My final things I need to do are change my gender marker on my passport which I think is simple enough and I thought that would be fine to be stealth but after some googling I found out your employer can see your previous gender through hmrc and immediately. The way u need to change this is through a GRC but this is going to take up to 30 weeks. I need a job and can’t wait that long to get one, does anyone know what I can do to not let this affect me being stealth?
