i might need a little assistance .. im currently trying to apply for the 3rd-4th year scholarship in DOST is it really the best choice to upload the TOR or TCG ? kala ko kase pwede lang mag screenshot sa grades sa portal namen tas i pass because getting the TOR is so expensive 😭😭 is submitting only screenshots sa grades from 1st to 2nd year not allowed po ?
