The Raptors have proven themselves against this team on multiple occasions this past season, yes albeit without James Harden’s playmaking prowess and gravity, but nonetheless a 3-0 sweep. Did we all forget about BI’s near 40pt performance?
I might be on an island here but the Raptors have all the right tools to take this team down. Multiple defensive dogs in Scottie, CMB and Jakobe, transition game that will put Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley in shambles, and a bench that adds value in more than one way.
“Playoff Basketball is a half court game, everything slows down”. Yeah sure that’s true but did we forget the Pacers ability to flip that script last season with their transition and pace? Let’s play to these strengths!!
The IQ injury situation is tough and may hurt us offensively but I believe this team has what it takes to fill that gap. Prayers go out to IQ recovering quickly
Even after a season of changing the narrative about this team it seems like we’re going to have to change the narrative again.
