Hey everyone,

I'm a pre-med student whose mother spent years trying to get licensed in Canada, and never made it through. This pushed me to build a small research initiative called ITPs Canada to document what internationally trained physicians, or international medical graduates actually go through when trying to get licensed here. This includes the barriers, the timelines, the emotional weight, and what kind of support would have actually helped.

I put together a short anonymous survey (5–7 minutes) for ITPs/IMGs at any stage, whether you're currently practicing in Canada, still in process, paused, or have stopped altogether. Consent is the first question so you stay in full control of how your responses are used.

The goal is to turn real experiences into real data that can be used to push for change.

If you've been through this or know someone who has, I'd really appreciate you taking a few minutes to fill it out or share it.
