So with adding more foods to my diet I tend to bounce ingredients with my safe foods and if they're the same or similar enough I'll try them. But fruit is the worst thing for me because obviously they don't have any ingredients... It's just fruit. It's so frustrating because I want to try them but I'm so scared because it's not something I can just bounce the ingredients on and I'm terrified to have an allergic reaction (an allergic reaction is what triggered my ARFID to get worse in the first place) so honestly any tips or tricks to get over the fear of a lack in ingredients would be really helpful
