Unfair treatment at KU
so I've applied for AI and other IT majors at khalifa university for fall 2026, i took the mathematics admission exam in late april. during the test, it was my first time using blackboard so i literally submitted the exam after solving my first question. they laughed it off and let me have another shot and i actually solved the exam well. a day ago i recieved rejection and today i got sent that apparently i was rejected because my admission test didn't meet criteria even if i literally know that i solved well, i'm a uae national and i have a recommendation letter from a very strong area in the uae and aside from that i know that i solved well.
i called them this morning and was connected to this immature staff member there. i told him about my situation he completely brushed me off and was so rude i told him i know i solved well and wasn't evaluated correctly he told me blatantly to my face " why do u think u solved well if u got rejected " i told him then what's a passing mark?? he said " its just pass or fail " it was so rude and i literally just hung up. then i emailed the admissions team and told them the situation they literally told me 'oh we don't let anybody retake' so now after they evaluated me wrong they're calling me a liar like what??? i literally do not understand this. i obviously did ass the first try but the second time when i actually got to take the test properly i solved. and now they're saying oh nobody retook and are just replying to my calls and emails so immaturely.
