guys, ive applied to colleges thrice now, and every time, i didnt get into the t10s. It feels like I may never be GOATED enough to reach that tier. I’m happy with wherever I end up, but sth in me’s sad that despite giving it my all thrice, i was not enough?

why?
- won’t help u improve your profile
- skews expectations given how unpredictable the cycles are
- can unnecessarily boost ego when more often than not the process humbles us
- comparison bringeth joy to none, the short-term winner or the loser
- no one’s an experienced judge to answer ur chance me posts adequately to begin with

hey, guys. any news on when the ivies & adjacent schools drop, like UChicago/Northwestern/Stanford?

consolidated info from this subReddit on probable dates for decisions:
Princeton: May 5 (confirmed)
Columbia: May 11-15 (stipulated)
Cornell: next Thursday (idek wtf is happening. I’m a Dyson applicant. Can u tell from my general lack?)
Stanford: May 15
And others’ decisions may also be rolling.

That’s all I know.

Any help wud be appreciated :)))

guys, what’re the expected career outcomes (tracks/salary) for an econ grad and what can I do improve these? e.g. double major, technical skills, clubs, research, passion projects, etc. thank uuuu ;)
