Hello friends, i was diagones last year with type 2 diabetes and since then i have lost 32 kgs/ 70 lbs in an year , i look terrible and skinny now and my latest hb1ac is 7.1 . I am mostly on low carb diet and have reduced my portion size also , somehow my weight loss is not stopiing , i am desperately looking for some remedy please help/suggest. I take metformin(Janumet 1000mg) twice daily and also Jardiance abd workout 4 times a week, i dnt lift heavy but moderate 50-70lbs. I have terrible muscle fatigue nost of the time. I have thryroid also and its dose is reduced after weight loss.
