So I have a switch 2 and I want to play Apex legends on it. When I first loaded the game up the game started there was no sign option whatsoever and what I understand is, it’s because I have probably already played a ea game on my switch. My problem is when I go on the EA website to link / unlink this account so I can link my original EA account, there’s no option for Nintendo linking / unlinking. I went to the Nintendo site, unlinked EA ( revoked) from there but anytime I load up the game instead of a sign in option, it gives me a option to accept or decline. press decline your stuck at the menu until you press accept. So I’m kinda lost with this. Any help would be appreciated, looking it up on google is yielding me no actual results.
