hello! i just got home from getting my nexplanon implant. the doctor warned me that irregular bleeding is common, which i am okay with because id much rather have peace of mind pregnancy wise. anyway, what has anyone else’s experience been for those who had pretty light (like, rarely filling a regular in 8 hours) flow, but AWFUL cramps?

did the implant stop your flow? how did it affect cramps?

i know the effects are different from person to person, but i just wanted to hear other people’s experiences from those in a similar situation!

a guy and i had unprotected s3x (idk reddits policies) four times (in one night, not over the course of a week or anything just because i know this changes things.) he pulled out each time and im taking a plan b less than 10 hours after it happened, but im still very nervous. im not 100% sure what part of my cycle im in, it should be anywhere from 2-7 days before ovulation but im just not sure. am i a goner? (i know the only guaranteed way to avoid pregnancy is abstinence, and i understand that if im not ready to be a parent (clearly i am not) i shouldn’t have done anything in the first place, but it is also clearly too late for that.)

edit: i know nobody can tell me “you’re for sure pregnant/you’re for sure okay” but any estimates would be wonderful. or if anyone has gone through a similar situation and could tell me the outcome.
