Why is it so difficult for BA to get the temperature right on their planes? I have been a BA frequent flyer for many years (Gold for 15+) and it is consistently TOO HOT on the plane. Nearly every flight I take, I end up sweating despite wearing minimal clothing. I don't understand why it's so hard to get this most basic level of comfort right.
If BA wants to improve the experience of travelling with them, this is very low hanging fruit and would be an easy win to just ensure the temperature is a consistent 21c or below on their flights. As we move into warmer months, this will be even more important. Unsurprisingly, other airlines don't seem to have this issue. So, why can't BA sort it out?
