Hi all! I am going on my honeymoon in 4 weeks and need a good pair of sandals for walking and water/beach wear. I have high arches and of course Sesamoiditis. I have been in a flare for about 2 months and have found that STIFF rocker sole shoes have helped the most alongside a dancers pad. Needing sandals that can accommodate this and also need a new pair of insoles as mine are worn out. I was using the power step pro met insoles but feel like I need something a little more firm in the forefoot to lessen flexion as that’s what flares up my sesamoid the most!
Note: I can’t wear flip flops as the flip flop thong will flare my sesamoid too
