Hello, I could use some advice regarding giving enemies "fair" powers. I will start with the much needed context.

I have 3 players, 2 of which are new, 1 who is experienced (both player and DM). The campaign is Percy Jackson inspired, but all mythologies. Think all mythos, be they greek, roman, egyptian or norse. Players are starting off at level 1.

The campaign starts with a Festival that is supposed to bond participating demigod camps together and create cooperation amongst them. By the time of writing this, we have finished session 1 and the player characters leveled up to level 2.

In session 2, there is a tournament. NON-LETHAL tournament fought in groups (the 3 player party is a group). The flavor is that "the gods are watching the tournament and based on the outcome, they can determine if some demigods are ready to go on quests and missions". My players are excited.

I plan on havibg 2 tournament rounds, before an invasion from the enemy faction happens.

I need help with balancing enemies in the second round of tournament.

In the second round they will face son of Osiris and a daughter of Aphrodite.

The son of Osiris I plan on having Chill Touch and a special ability that Grapples a person and makes them unable to use magic. No damage. Do you think that it's fair/balanced? If I can add any other spell/ability, feel free to give me ideas.

The daughter of Aphrodite has the power of Theurgy. Calling on another gods (think video game Hades, battle with Theseus where in the middle he calls upon a god and they give him a boon). For fairness sake, I plan on rolling a 1d4 and based on the number she'll call upon said god. I already have Ares figured out. He'll give her Rage (like the Barbarian feature Rage) (and possibly Reckless Attack if you think it's fair). Do you have any ideas/recommendations for 3 more "boons"? I was thinking of Athena (no clue what to give her), Hermes (give her a second action for 3 turns, could be OP though) and I have no clue with the 3rd god.

I would very much appreciate feedback, but I am not taking feedback on "changing the structure of the campaign", not only are the players already excited, but also that is not what I want advice on.
