Seeing more retail shop owners asking about Odoo lately especially ones who want their in-store and online inventory in one place without paying for five different tools.

But Shopify is so easy to just... start with. And everyone knows it.

So genuinely curious

  • If you're on Shopify, have you ever felt like you're outgrowing it?
  • If you moved to Odoo, was the setup worth it or do you regret it?
  • And if you're running both somehow, how is that even working for you?

No right answer here, just want to hear real experiences. We work with businesses on this exact decision and honestly it's not always the same answer for everyone.

We've been seeing a lot of buzz around AI + Odoo lately, but curious what's actually working in the real world vs what's just hype.

Like are people genuinely using it for things like:

  • Auto-generating sales quotes?
  • Predicting stock reorders before you run out?
  • Summarizing customer history before a call?
  • Catching invoice errors automatically?

Or is it still mostly "cool demo, useless in production"?

We work on the Odoo implementation side and honestly the conversations around AI in Odoo are getting more serious, but we want to hear from people actually running businesses on it.

What's one thing you wish AI could do inside your Odoo that it can't do today?

Drop it below genuinely curious and some of these might already be possible
