I'm interested to find out

1. What is the best way to get this repaired?
2. Roughly what price range should I expect to pay?

My mechanic suggested a process called plastic welding, should I go for this or take it to a panel beater?

I've called around to scrapyards looking for spares but they all seem to be out of stock.

Any advice is much appreciated, thanks.
