Hi everyone! I was wondering what we can bring to the commencement as a graduate. Are we allowed to bring a small bag or something for our phone, id, and water?

Also, how early do you think we should arrive so our guests can get decent parking? My parents are disabled and I would like to make it as easy as possible for them. Thank you!!
