Hi. I’m a 19 year old man. I weight 345 pounds and stand at 5’8ft tall. This summer I want to lose around 30-40 pounds just as a starting point in my journey. My summer break is 3.5 months. What workout routine should I ideally be following to accomplish this (or at least come close)? Also, I plan on a calorie deficit but any tips on good ways of getting protein and fiber in while restricting calories is much appreciated. Thinking about doing 1300 cals a day. But willing to make adjustments for the sake of sustainability.

I’m not sure what my eventual end goal is weight wise but I’ll likely stay on the heavier side. I just want to be in shape.
