Sushi Azabu - lunch vs dinner omakase difference

So i’m looking at Sushi Azabu Higashiyama in Kyoto.

They have three options:

  1. Lunch “light” omakase 13 dishes 4800¥

  2. lunch omakase 15 dishes 6500¥

  3. Dinner omakase 15 dishes 9800¥

Is there a difference between 2 and 3 besides the time of day? Is the fish quality better in the evening or more rare cuts, for instance?

My husband and I are going to Japan in a few weeks and are looking for a ramen rec. i’m pescatarian but he eats meat, so we don’t want a fully vegetarian restaurant.

I’m specifically looking for the more creamy /lstyle broth rather than the clear soup kind if that makes sense… :)

does anyone know of a place?!
