I want to start an RPG but I don’t know which one. For context, the first “real” RPG I played was the Oblivion remaster, and I liked it, but also found certain things annoying (bad combat, over encumbered mechanic, catching diseases). I’ve also played Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom and absolutely loved both. I just started Elden Ring, but I find it incredibly boring. It’s all just fight fight fight with none of the things that make those other games special.
I’m thinking about trying Crimson Desert, but I know people have a lot of issues with it. Does anyone have any recommendations?
