The title says it all. How do you know if your Cockatiel needs a friend?

This is Juno. My wife bought her about two years ago, but she has bonded to me and doesn’t leave my side, in fact she’s sleeping on my toes right now. I am happy to be her friend but does she need another cockatiel?

I work a little less than full time and when I am gone she spends time with my wife who works from home so she’s rarely alone, but as soon as I come in she comes to me.
