My disability payment didn't come through 😨
Don't know what happened and I'm working to fix it but the social worker can't see me for another two weeks to help me. I've contacted the food pantry (Restos du Coeur) but I still have no news. I get it though, they're underfunded, understaffed etc. There's probably a queue.
I managed to get a little emergency help from the government but it's not gonna cover most of the bills if I plan to eat at all this month. Or feed my cats.
I'm freaking out, not gonna lie.
I think I can get it fixed next month, I just need to get there, you know?
Even $10 would make me very happy.
The difference between the emergency aid money and my disability payment is about 400€ but I'm not asking for anyone to put in that kind of money. Just wanted to be transparent because I'm also posting to other places and that might look weird if you check out my kofi page 😀
I got a couple of donations from friends but most of my friends are also disabled so we're kind of all in similar boats.
I would be so grateful for your help. 🩷
UPDATE: So... er... if you notice i don't answer much for a bit, it's cause I'm in the hospital right now. I had really intense chest pains. I'm ok, not dying or anything, but I'm having tests done on my heart. I wrote a bit on my Kofi page (TW: IV photo, medical setting stuff).
