2 year Annual Maintenance Charge for Gated communities in Hyderabad
I have purchased a flat in a residential project comprising four blocks. The builder has indicated that our specific block will be handed over in July, while the OC for all four blocks together is expected around November.
My question is regarding the Annual Maintenance charge which we need to pay in advance for 2 years — specifically, from when does it become applicable and when is payment due? Does it commence from the date of possession/handover of our block, or only after the OC is received for the entire project?

Update: Asked Clauide reg this, below is what it says
Maintenance charges should commence only after the Occupancy Certificate (OC) is obtained AND possession is formally offered to you — not from the July handover date of your block alone.
This is the consistent position under both central RERA and Telangana RERA.
