First time playing Postal 2, any tips n tricks i should know about before starting?

Got this game for 1$, always wanted to play for years but never had a pc so today’s the day!

I can’t start Dead Money despite having all dlc’s installed

I saw some people saying the use console commands which i did and nothing popped up, not the quest and neither the radio station, this has never happened on Old World Blues and Honest Hearts.

I am using Viva New Vegas so yea if theres any way to fix it lmk:)
