Most Friday the 13th fans including myself do not think that the Original is the best movie in the franchise.

Some people say Part 2, some people say Part 4, some people say Part 6, and some people say the Remake.

For me personally Part 4 is the best Friday the 13th movie. It has the best kills, characters, final girl, final boy, Jason, and best ending in the entire franchise.

Part 4 is the only movie in the franchise where Jason actually dies.

The Original is not even close to being the best Friday the 13th movie in my opinion. It’s like my 7th favorite movie in the franchise.

Dream Warriors is slightly better then the Original Nightmare on Elm Street for me.

Yes The Original 1984 movie is a certified classic and it’s one of the greatest horror movies of all time but….. Dream Warriors does everything that the Original movie did but better in every way.

The kills are better, the dream sequences are better, the characters are better and more entertaining.

The version of Freddy that we get in Dream Warriors is easily my favorite version of Freddy. Some of Freddy’s best one liners come from Dream Warriors.

Nancy is better in the Original movie but she’s just as good in Dream Warriors.

The Dream Warriors themselves are awesome characters and you actually care about all of them and you want to see all of them survive and defeat Freddy.

Nancy’s death was heartbreaking but it also showed that the franchise had some stakes.

The whole plot of this movie and the trailers would lead you to believe that the killer is someone from Sidney’s past or Stu but the movie does a gigantic switcheraoo by having the killers be people that have no connection to Sidney or anyone else previously in the franchise.

Jessica, Marco, and Karl are revealed to be the killers and neither one of these characters have any connection to Sidney outside of Jessica being Sidney’s neighbor.

The opening scene of Scream 7 makes absolutely no sense when you figure out who the killers are.

Majority of Scream 7 takes place in Indiana but the opening scene takes place in Woodsboro, California. So that means that Jessica, Marco, or Karl flew all the way from Indiana to California to burn down a house and kill 2 random people and then flew back to Indiana.

And also if the plan was to transfer Sidney’s trauma to Tatum why did they need to burn down Stu’s house to achieve that? We don’t know. Why were the killers using Stu as AI to transfer Sidney’s trauma to Tatum? We don’t know.

Scream 7 is the only Scream movie where the movie gets worse and worse the more you think about it.

Jessica has by far the worst motive in the entire franchise and it’s not even remotely close.
