We’re hiring an outbound SDR to call cold and warm prospects generated from our outbound campaigns.
This is a commission-only role.
You’ll be speaking with agency founders and decision-makers across the UK and US, to turn outbound lead volume into qualified booked meetings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Calling through outbound lead lists
- Following up with warm prospects from campaign activity
- Qualifying prospects
- Booking meetings directly into calendars
- Managing follow-up
- Keeping notes and activity updated properly
Who this is for:
- You have clear, confident spoken English
- You’re comfortable speaking with UK and US business owners
- You have previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience
- You can hold a natural conversation without sounding scripted
- You understand basic qualification
- You can work through high lead volume consistently
- You’re comfortable being paid based on performance
About us:
BuiltDiffernt helps founder-led marketing agencies build outbound pipeline systems using cold email, cold calling, warm calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
We mainly work with paid media agencies, branding/design agencies, SEO agencies, web developers, automation agencies, and similar B2B service businesses.
Compensation:
- First 2 weeks: $100 per qualified show-up
- After 2 weeks: $150 per qualified show-up
- Warm lead meetings: $50 per qualified show-up
- Paid weekly
A qualified show-up means the prospect attends the meeting and matches the agreed qualification criteria, including relevant agency type, decision-maker status, genuine need, and reasonable commercial fit.
Current SDR quota is 3-5 appointments per day, depending on lead type and campaign volume.
