Someone has left their car parked outside my house for 5 weeks. The car hasn't moved once. It's parked between the dropped kerbs of my house and the house next door. Also up on the footpath making it hard for everyone to get by.
So we have gone through the whole contacting the houses around us and then council to report it abandoned. They closed the case as the owner was contacted and said it wasn't abandoned.
So legally is there anything left to be done?
