Is it normal to lose 6 kg in one week?
So I quit drinking and started fresh keto on the Monday week ago. I went to scale this morning and -6kg! My gut was very bloated now is just a pouch. I just got concerned about it because for my knowledge losing 2 kg per week it's already a lot. Can someone smart explain it to me.

How many grams of carbs you consume?
So I have a question. Last time I had keto I tried to eat under 20 grams of carbs only greens. But this time I read that some people consume under 50 and still go to ketosis. How does this work? Can you share how much you consume?
I lost 20 kg on keto in 6 months.
I was on keto for 6 months. I lost 27kg I enjoyed it all. But my diabetes doctor told me to break because my cholesterol was high and my blood sugar. So I went on break. I gained some kg back and now I am trying to start again. It's been day 5 and I feel a little bit dizzy and tired. You guys have any advice?
