Hi all,

I’m a British–Filipino dual citizen currently based abroad. I’m looking at investing in property and other projects in the provinces/islands.

I have four children, and I’m considering forming a one‑person corporation to own, manage, and run future investment projects. The idea is to make inheritance smoother by having my kids as shareholders from the start.

Has anyone here done something similar or structured their investments this way?

Is this generally recommended, or are there pitfalls I should be aware of?
