My rental contract stated that my deposit will earn interest and that I am entitled to that interest when the deposit is returned. Ive been here multiple years so Id like to know what to expect. But my building wont respond to multiple mails enquiring about what the interest rate is, etc. I’m getting the feeling they are going to violate that part of the contract. Anyone else been in this situation? How did you resolve it?
