Hiring Remote DM Setters (Commission + Training Provided)
We’re a Florida-based sales education and placement company looking for motivated people who want to break into high-ticket sales and remote work.
This is not a product-selling role. We help people learn real sales skills through mentorship, hands-on experience, and direct placement opportunities within our team.
Right now, we’re hiring DM Setters to join our internal team. One thing that makes this different is there’s no upfront cost for training — you’ll learn while actively working with us.
What the role looks like:
Messaging leads through social media
Starting conversations and qualifying prospects
Booking calls for the sales team
Working remotely with a flexible schedule
Pay Structure:
$100 per qualified call booked
10% commission on closed deals
(most deals range between $3k–$7k)
Weekly performance incentives where top performers can increase commissions
Opportunity to move into higher-level sales roles (Triager / Closer)
Requirements:
18+
Strong communication skills
Comfortable chatting with people online
Minimum 15 hours/week
Coachable and willing to learn sales
No prior sales experience is required, but it definitely helps.
This is probably best for someone who:

Likes performance-based pay
