My roommates and I are looking for a 3 bed to move into by May 11th, 12 month lease. Our budget is ~$4500 and have no preference for sq footage. We are recent college grads with good credit and will start working in Downtown/Mag Mile in mid-May. Location wise we've been looking in Lakeview East, Lincoln Park, e tc but just need a place that isn't too far from work by train/bus. We have no pets and need 1 parking space. We would prefer in unit/free laundry and A/C. Please contact me if you have any units, we are looking to sign a lease asap!
