So I just financed an accord 1.5T 2019 about 3 weeks ago but I just found out about the head gasket issue. I really like the car a lot but I won’t be able to affordable to fix it if it ends up blowing the head gasket. I’ve heard that the 2.0T doesn’t have that problem. So my thing is should I trade in the 1.5T for a 2.0T and possibly owe more and be in the negatives cause a dealership will probably value the 1.5T alot less or should I look for a completely different car ( I really need something reliable too).
