Even if you counter him, you are making your entire team less strong because they are sacrificing good stats to buy counters, so your entire team is weaker to slightly incovene one guy out of 6, just because a hero has a item that counters him doesnt make it impossible for the hero to be overtuned, most heroes in dota2 have items that counter them and heroes can be overtuned on certain patches, jesus christ for the love of god if i see one more smug comment about slowing hex im going to loose it
