So this is a silly question about the GST Top up were suppose to get on June 5. Now I did my taxes this year and got my gst refund, however I didn't record any income this year because of my mental health issues and helping out my senior disabled parents. Will I still get the top up because I did my taxes or not because I didn't make any income this year? Also I'm locked out of my account and can't get ahold of my NOA to unlock my account so I would check my account but that option isn't available
