My current situation:

27years old. Income- 100k total (salary + housing allowance)

Currently have 25k invested. Another 80k sitting in saving with pretty much no interest.

I had originally planned to purchase a 2-bed apartment this year however, recently moved location for a new position so not looking likely in the next 12 months. Was looking at properties around 250-350k mark, with plans to live in for 1-2 years before purchasing a second, followed by a third. I do know a couple of people working as property managers and have used this style to quickly grow their portfolio/net worth and live off the rental income once they own enough properties.

Am I crazy in thinking this is still the best way leverage my money quickly? I understand that stocks have a strong potential however, I don't have the desire to keep a high stress job for the next 20 years to ensure im putting alot towards investments.

What would you do in my situation?
