It's in the back of my parish's missalettes but we've never used it. Our pastor always uses the Roman Canon without exception, our monsignor is 94 and lost most of his sight so he says II by memory, and the other priests alternate between II and III.

I looked at these two after Mass and thought they seemed like they would be great for Lent but they probably don't use them because the others are more familiar to the congregation.
