Hello, I’v experienced no shortage of problems with my DSP, mostly regarding them using vehicles that should 100% be grounded, but bypassing it by demanding their employees to report issues to them, but not in the vehicle inspection in the app. I’ve been putting up with this bs while I look for a new job, but today I got a warning after I “grounded” a vehicle with no AC. I was told if I marked anything wrong with a vehicle in future inspections that I would be suspended because now Amazon was demanding proper paperwork to show the HVAC systems have been fixed.
Where can I report this? How do I request to change DSPs? And what is the best method of documenting any future things like this in case I were to be fired?
