Fire vs Rich Dad
Robert Kiyosaki publicly announces he is 1.2 billion in debt. How does one in debt perpetually be FI? Sounds like two ends of a spectrum.
While FI aims to depend on continued contributions to a compounding investment, Rich Dad goes on to borrow money and invest in real estate and reap rentals and appreciations for a living.
Question more towards reaching FI through the means of real estate vs investing.
