I'm 31 with an AMH of .045 and AFC of 1-3. All tests came back negative for any genetic issues and partner's sperm analysis came back normal as well. Only main concern is my lining has been thin (<4mm) after my MMC.

I've had 1 IUI cycle and 2 canceled ones due to ovulating before my day 8 ultrasound.

Has anyone else dealt with ovulating super early with DOR? I feel like I'm wasting cycles and running out of time.
