I’ve been worried about getting taped for about a month, I’ve been eating healthy and sleeping good, I’ve been at the gym almost everyday and keeping over 10k steps I’ve dropped 8 lbs and I think I screwed myself by doing that. I was 250 at the beginning of April. I’m 242 now. Before I needed at 39.5 in waist and now I need 39. Im like probably a 40.5. Help please!
