Planning to invest in a ~2400 sq ft plot in Bangalore with a budget of around ₹3000-4000/sqft.

Purpose - planning to build a house

Trying to figure out the best areas considering:

Future growth potential

Infrastructure (roads, metro, etc.)

Legal safety (BMRDA/DTCP approvals)

Would you suggest areas like Sarjapur, Devanahalli, Hoskote, or somewhere else?

Any advice or recent experiences would really help before I decide.
