First thing to know is that I am not one who gets frightened easily, in fact I accidentally ruined something my boyfriend wanted to do and that was the "cuddle the scared cute girl during a horror movie" as he put it.
Onto the story, my boyfriend has a best friend named Matthew that we call Matt and he is very good at voice acting. He could voice Patrick star, Squidward, abridged broly, muscle man, Micky mouse, goofy, bugs Bunny, Arnold and a whole lot more. It's very impressive and fun if not considering for the fact he can do a "mommy voice" which has made grown men fold. At first we thought it was funny but then when we were playing VR Chat together we had learned the horror of what he could do.
Now we normally play silly little goofy games together and hang out. One day we decided to play murder mystery 4 together and it was fun, we played multiple rounds together and the last round we played was when Matt got murderer and I got scared. When the round started we kept trying to figure out who could be the murderer. Minutes passed as we could find almost no one, there were 5 people left, me, my boyfriend, Matt, my friend zombie and a random. When we managed to find out who it was it was way too late as Matt killed zombie, and lured the random to his death to, my boyfriend went to go find them and I heard him shout and a gunshot from the game's pistol. I tried to call out for him but then I heard from him "Taylor run, it's Matt! He's in the garden!". Hearing that I ran to the main room of the map and as soon as I got down the stairs one of the side doors opens and out comes Matt wearing the mimic avatar from that fnaf game and stabs me, ending the game.
I had never screamed so loud before in my life, I had a panic attack when we got to the main lobby and all I could hear from my boyfriend was "why did you go to the main room where he was heading to?" When I told him that he said that Matt was in the garden he told me that he was killed in the garage. When we looked at Matt we heard my boyfriend's voice from Matt's mic and then my friend zombie voice from it too. We were so stunned that he could now mimic voices and then we ended up realizing why he was the mimic, I was so mad that when I saw him again irl I hit him to that, he laughed it off. I ended up having my neighbors in my apartment come over asking if I was ok, i had to say I was playing a horror game, they said that they could tell because apparently I was scared so bad I actually pee'd myself. I have never been so mad at someone before
